Covers first aid basics, medical emergencies, injury emergencies, and environmental emergencies. This includes online coursework and hands on skill session. Certification is valid for two years.
American Heart Association BLS and First Aid Course
This course is designed for the nursing student who requires BLS and first aid training. This meets the requirements for Virginia Board of Nursing.
Hybrid Course Options
BLS Provider CPR Training
American Heart Association blended learning option. You complete part of the course online and then we review, practice and check off your skills. Online course completion certificate required prior to skills session. Participants are required to bring course completion certificate to skills session. Call about convenient skill sessions!
